Held LLC, Lana leads the strategic transformation of global HR functions while directing multiple operational areas. As Co-Founder and President of JLW Insights, Lana specializes in HR process optimization and analytics. Previous roles include Head of People Operations at Pivot Bio, Manager of HR Technology and Analytics at HireRight, and various positions at Amazon and LG Electronics.
