David Garcia

David Garcia has over 20 years of experience in graphic design and art direction. David worked as a Senior Graphic Designer and later as an Art Director at the Texas Association of Counties from 2000 to 2019. David also ran their own freelance design business, David Garcia Graphic Design, from 2007 to 2013, where they specialized in designing logos, icons, newsletters, illustrations, and various other graphic materials. Prior to their career in design, David worked as a cookie clerk at Kevin's Cookies and Deli in 1999.

David Garcia completed a User Experience Design part-time 12-week course from General Assembly in 2015. Prior to that, they pursued a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Design Communication with a Minor in Illustration from Texas Tech University between 1993 and 1998. In April 2019, David obtained a certification in Learning Art Direction from LinkedIn.
