Erica Macioge is a seasoned communications professional with extensive experience in various roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Senior Communications Specialist for the Texas Association of Counties since July 2020, Erica has a strong background in internal communications, previously holding positions such as Project Manager at Adisa Communications and Communications Specialist Lead at LCRA. At LCRA, responsibilities included consulting on employee-facing initiatives and supporting various departments, including Human Resources and IT. Prior experience at Capital Metro involved media relations and launching Austin's first commuter rail line, while earlier work as Communications Officer at the Texas State Library and Archives Commission focused on advising leadership and implementing communication strategies. Erica holds a Bachelor of Science in Advertising from The University of Texas at Austin.

The Texas Association of Counties was established in 1969 to provide services to Texas counties and to promote the value of county government statewide. TAC is the representative voice for all 254 Texas counties and county officials. Through TAC, counties communicate the county perspective to state officials and the citizens of Texas.
