Michael Weber is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in systems administration and technical support. Currently serving as an Enterprise Systems Administrator II at the Texas Association of Counties since June 2020, Michael has previously held roles including Enterprise Systems Administrator at eHealth, Inc. and Team Lead in IT Support at Flatirons Solutions®. Key responsibilities have included managing Windows OS patching, vulnerability remediation, and project management related to system implementations and upgrades. Michael's experience also encompasses leading desktop support teams, overseeing technical support operations, and providing end-user training across a global organization. Michael holds a background in Active Directory management and has contributed to several infrastructure projects throughout a progressive career that began in 2008.

The Texas Association of Counties was established in 1969 to provide services to Texas counties and to promote the value of county government statewide. TAC is the representative voice for all 254 Texas counties and county officials. Through TAC, counties communicate the county perspective to state officials and the citizens of Texas.
