Texas Association of Counties
Michael Westhoff currently serves as the IT Operations Manager at the Texas Association of Counties, where responsibilities include managing IT operations, developing strategic missions, and implementing technologies to enhance system performance and integrity. With extensive experience as a System Administrator at Ultra Clean Technology since December 2011, Michael handles various Microsoft systems and oversees a wide range of IT support tasks. Previous positions include Desktop Support at Robert Half Technology and an internship in the User Experience Group at Dell. Michael began a technical career at Telenetwork Partners Ltd, providing technical support. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Texas State University and an Associate's degree from Blinn College.

The Texas Association of Counties was established in 1969 to provide services to Texas counties and to promote the value of county government statewide. TAC is the representative voice for all 254 Texas counties and county officials. Through TAC, counties communicate the county perspective to state officials and the citizens of Texas.
