Esmeralda Gonzalez

Esmeralda Gonzalez, CAE, currently serves as the Director of Membership at the Texas Association of School Business Officials, a position held since May 2022, after previously working as an Education Manager within the same organization from 2007 to 2019. Prior to their current role, Esmeralda was the Associate Director of Education & Events at the Independent Bankers Association of Texas from January 2019 to April 2022, where responsibilities included developing and managing banker education programs and live events, alongside overseeing budget creation and contract negotiations. Esmeralda holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance from Angelo State University and has contributed significantly to educational initiatives, coordinating over 200 training days annually that serve more than 7,000 attendees.
