Wayne Bailey

Wayne Bailey is an experienced software engineer and football official with a diverse background in software design, development, and user experience. Currently serving as a Texas High School Football Official for the Texas Association of Sports Officials since July 2023, Wayne has held significant roles such as Senior Software Engineer at ASSET InterTech, Inc., where responsibilities included leading the design and development of intricate software applications. Previous positions include Director of Development at Diamond Data Systems, Senior Software Engineer at LocusUSA, and contributions to video compression R&D at EuclidIQ. In addition to technical expertise, Wayne has held leadership roles in UI design and web operations, demonstrating a strong combination of engineering skills and team leadership. Wayne holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Tennessee Technological University.
