Donna Zacks

Donna Zacks is a seasoned professional in training coordination and e-learning development, currently serving as a Senior Training Coordinator and e-Learning Developer at the Texas Attorney General since April 2017. With prior experience as a Training Specialist and e-Learning Developer at DSHS - Central Office and a Technical Writer at the Texas Attorney General, Donna has developed technical documentation, training materials, and video content for various organizations. Contributions to technical writing and instructional design have been made at Dell and the Texas Education Agency, focusing on user documentation and data compilation. Donna has also engaged in public relations efforts as a Volunteer Board Member with the STC Austin Chapter and has a rich background in insurance account management and customer service.
