Kelley Owens

Kelley Owens currently serves as an Assistant Attorney General for Public Health at the Texas Attorney General's office, a position held since April 2024. Prior to this role, Kelley was a Trial Attorney at Kirkendall Dwyer LLP from April 2021 to April 2024.
