Michelle Thompson

Michelle Thompson is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in network and helpdesk support. Currently serving as Network Specialist IV at the Texas Attorney General since May 2005, Michelle is responsible for ensuring network functionality, performing upgrades, and managing data backups. Prior roles include Service Desk/Information Systems Specialist for the Dallas Fort Worth Regional Child Support offices, and Helpdesk Specialist at The University of Texas at Arlington, where comprehensive technical support was provided to faculty and students.
