Tina McLeod has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Tina began their career in 2001 at IBM, where they worked as an Advisory Software Engineer and Technical Lead for ten years. In 2011, they joined Xerox as an Operations Director and Program Manager before moving on to the Texas Attorney General's office in 2013. At the Texas Attorney General, Tina served as Deputy IT Director for four years. In 2017, they joined Texas Health and Human Services as Deputy Director of IT Applications before returning to the Texas Attorney General in 2018. Currently, Tina holds the position of Chief Information Officer at the Texas Attorney General's office.
Tina McLeod obtained their Bachelor of Arts in Computer Science from The University of Texas at Austin between 1997 and 2003. Tina also completed the Executive Leadership Information Technology Excellence (ELITE) Program at The LBJ School of Public Affairs. Additionally, they hold certifications in Enterprise Architecture, Information Systems Security, Project Management, Scrum Master, and IT Service Management.
