Brad Byrum has a diverse and extensive work experience in the technology industry. Brad started their career in 1988 as a Systems Test Engineer at Amdahl Corp. In 1990, they joined Yokogawa where they took on various roles including Product Specialist, Sales Manager, and Product Manager in the Test & Measurement Division. Brad later became the General Manager of the division in 1998, and then Vice President of the Test & Measurement Division in 2006. In 2008, they transitioned to the role of Vice President of Measurement & Control Solutions until 2012 when they were promoted to Vice President of Sales & Marketing, responsible for the company's entire portfolio. In 2015, Brad Byrum became the President of TAS, where they currently serve. Throughout their career, they have held leadership positions and played a key role in sales, marketing, and product management.

Brad Byrum started their education at Olympic High - Renaissance School in 1980 and completed their studies there in 1983. Brad then attended North Carolina State University from 1983 to 1985, where they pursued studies in engineering. Finally, Brad completed their Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering at DeVry University from 1985 to 1988. It is unknown if they obtained any degree from North Carolina State University.
