Carlos Espinosa is currently serving as the Vice President of Strategic Communications and Marketing at Texas Bankers Association since June 2021. Prior to this, Carlos held various leadership positions in reputable organizations such as Expedia Group, Golden Frog GmbH, Railroad Commission of Texas, Blue Star Strategies, LLC, International Republican Institute, U.S. House of Representatives, and Dezenhall Resources, Ltd. With a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management and a Bachelor's degree in International Relations and Affairs, Carlos has demonstrated a strong background in communications, government affairs, and crisis management throughout their career.
