Michele Carfello

Michele Carfello is an experienced banking professional currently serving as Vice President of Member Relations at the Texas Bankers Association since June 2015, where responsibilities include enhancing member relations with over 200 banks in southeast Texas. Previously, Michele held the position of Vice President of Correspondent Banking at Frost Bank from November 2004 to June 2015, managing customer relationships and delivering a comprehensive range of financial services to financial institutions. Earlier in the career, Michele worked at the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas from May 1998 to November 2004 in Business Development, where oversight of relationships with over 150 financial institutions generated significant revenue and supported educational initiatives aimed at improving technology and efficiency in the U.S. banking sector.
