Chelly DeLeon is currently the Vice President at Texas Bay Credit Union since 2007. Prior to that, Chelly worked as a Human Resources Manager at The Home Depot from November 2001 to June 2007. Chelly holds a Bachelor's Degree in Behavioral Sciences from the University of St. Thomas.
