Jesse Gutierrez is currently the President/CEO of Texas Bay Credit Union, bringing over two decades of experience in the credit union industry. Prior to their current role, Jesse held similar positions at Aldine Teachers Credit Union and Memorial Credit Union. Jesse holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Houston-Clear Lake and an Associate of Science from the Community College of the Air Force.
