Corinna Ross

Acting Director, Southwest National Primate Research Center at Texas Biomedical Research Institute

Corinna Ross is a seasoned academic and researcher with extensive experience in the field of neurobiology and behavior. Currently serving as Professor and Director of the Southwest National Primate Research Center at Texas Biomedical Research Institute since December 2020, Corinna also holds the position of Associate Director of Research at the same institution. Prior to this, Corinna was an Assistant Professor at Texas A&M University San Antonio from August 2013 to December 2020, and worked as a Research Instructor at the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio from July 2006 to August 2013. Additional experience includes attendance at the NAKFI Conference in 2010 and graduate studies at the University of Nebraska–Lincoln from 2000 to 2005. Corinna Ross earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Neurobiology and Behavior from Cornell University between 1993 and 1997.
