Brandy Young currently serves as the Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer at Harmony Bank since December 2023 and holds advisory board positions at both Bridgemark Banking Congress and TrueNorth. Prior to these roles, Brandy held various leadership positions at TBK Bank, SSB, including EVP Chief Operating Officer of Retail Banking and Senior Vice President of Operations and Deposit Operations from December 2016 to November 2023. Brandy also served as SVP of Bank Operations at Origin Bank from June 2015 to December 2016 and in multiple senior roles at Southside Bank from March 2009 to April 2015. Brandy's educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Ashford University and participation in the Independent Bankers Association of Texas program from 2012 to 2013. Brandy is an alumnus of Leadership Northeast.
