Andi de Belle

Andi De Belle is a seasoned professional in human resources with extensive experience in compliance and operations. Currently serving as Senior Vice President and Director of HR Compliance & Operations at Texas Capital Bank since October 2013, Andi is responsible for implementing strategies related to HR compliance, creating policies to adhere to multi-state laws and regulations, and acting as an HR Business Partner for key leaders. Prior to this role, Andi spent 16 years at Citi, where various positions within the Human Resources department culminated in the role of SVP and Human Resources Control Compliance Officer. Andi holds a degree from Texas A&I University-Kingsville.
