Blair Oden

Blair Oden currently serves as Managing Director, Head of Markets & Business Development at Texas Capital, a position held since March 2022, alongside roles as Managing Director for both Real Estate Banking and Commercial Real Estate/Business Development. Prior to Texas Capital, Blair Oden spent over 13 years at CBRE as Senior Managing Director in Advisory & Transaction Services and Managing Director for Institutional Services. Experience also includes serving as Vice President of Leasing & Development at Duke Realty Corporation from 2004 to 2008, and as Senior Vice President of Office Services at Transwestern from 1999 to 2004. Blair Oden holds a BSBA in Marketing from the University of Arkansas and studied at The University of Texas at Austin from 1983 to 1986.
