Christie W. Morel

Christie W. Morel is an accomplished talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in recruitment and strategic talent management. Currently serving as Executive Director and Director of Talent Acquisition at Texas Capital since July 2018, Christie partners with executive leadership to align talent strategies and manages the recruitment of senior roles in Executive, Investment Banking, and Corporate Banking. Previously, Christie held various positions at The Intersect Group, including Vice President and Director of Talent Solutions, where a hands-on, people-first approach was emphasized. Additional experience includes serving as Regional Director at Volt Workforce Solutions focusing on IT and Engineering while also holding roles at PDS Technical Services, Paladin Consulting, and Adecco, where initial success involved scaling a call center operation significantly. Christie holds education credentials from the University of North Texas.
