Cyd Elliott

Cyd Elliott, CBP, CCP, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as SVP, Director of Human Resources and Talent at Texas Capital Bank since July 2021. Prior to this role, Cyd held multiple significant positions at Mary Kay Global from January 2007 to June 2021, including Director of Human Resources for Latin America Operations, Director of Global Benefits, and Director of HR Technology, Compensation & Benefits, where Cyd was instrumental in driving HR strategies and transforming global benefits offerings. Cyd also has experience as Director of Compensation, Benefits & HRMS at Stream and as Manager of HR Technology at Software Spectrum, focusing on global total rewards programs and HR applications. Cyd earned a Bachelor of Arts in Speech Communication and Rhetoric from Texas A&M University and a Master of Business Administration from The University of Texas at Dallas.
