Jason Consoli

Jason Consoli, CFA, serves as the Executive Vice President and Group Manager for Healthcare, Institutions, & Government at Texas Capital Bank since November 2019. Previously, Jason held several leadership roles at BBVA Compass from January 2006 to November 2019, including Executive Vice President - Houston Middle Market Manager, where responsibility included managing a team focused on Houston commercial companies with revenues ranging from $50 million to $500 million, as well as government and non-profit entities. Additional positions at BBVA Compass included Senior Vice President/Team Lead in Commercial Banking, where Jason managed teams in various sectors, and Senior Vice President - Relationship Manager with a concentration on healthcare and not-for-profit institutions. Earlier experience includes serving as Managing Director at Nachman Hays Brownstein Inc., advising distressed businesses, and as Vice President at Wachovia Bank, where Jason managed troubled corporate bank clients. Jason holds an MBA with a finance focus from Emory University's Goizueta Business School and a BBA in Management from San Diego State University.
