Jason P. Sheppard has extensive experience in the financial services industry, currently serving as Executive Director and Credit Officer for the Financial Institutions Group at Texas Capital Bank since August 2015. In this role, Jason oversees credit management for a diverse range of financial entities, including asset managers and insurance providers. Previously, Jason held several senior leadership positions, including SVP roles in Portfolio Management, Relationship Management, and Team Leadership across various corporate credit functions, contributing to the management of significant portfolios and facilitating successful debt exit strategies. Prior experience includes a VP role in credit products at BBVA Compass, where Jason was recognized for outstanding performance and nominated for the Top Talent Pool, as well as positions at Hewlett Packard Enterprise and Wells Fargo. Jason holds an MBA from Rice University, as well as an MS in Accountancy and a Bachelor's in Finance from the University of Houston.
