Marci MacKay

Marci MacKay is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as Executive Director of Human Resources and Head of Talent Management at Texas Capital since May 2021. Previously, Marci held various roles at EY from March 2015 to May 2021, including HR Business Partner and Lead of the EY Virtual Academy, which focused on innovative learning strategies for business and leadership skills. Earlier experience includes positions at Bank of America from June 2009 to February 2015, where Marci managed talent management activities across multiple divisions and designed learning solutions. Marci's educational background includes an MBA in Human Resources Management from Brigham Young University's Marriott School of Business and a DMA in Vocal Pedagogy from the University of Cincinnati.
