Neil Rajan

Neil Rajan is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in investment banking and corporate law. Currently serving as Executive Director and Legal Head of Investment Banking Coverage at Texas Capital since February 2023, Rajan previously held multiple roles at Honeywell from January 2020 to February 2023, including Assistant General Counsel in Sensing & Safety Technologies and General Counsel for Global Tracking/Search & Rescue. Prior to Honeywell, Rajan was a Partner at Locke Lord LLP and held senior associate and associate positions at Vinson & Elkins, Jones Day, and Cahill Gordon & Reindel. Rajan began career as a Consultant at FTI Consulting after earning a JD from Cornell Law School, an MPA in Accounting, and a BBA in Accounting from The University of Texas at Austin.
