Steve Shipley

Steve Shipley is an accomplished financial professional with extensive experience in interest rate derivatives and risk management. Currently serving as Senior Vice President at Texas Capital Bank since January 2015, Steve previously held the position of Executive Director of Derivative Sales at BBVA Compass, overseeing a team dedicated to structuring and marketing interest rate risk management solutions. Early in Steve's career, significant roles at JPMorgan Chase & Co. included Vice President in Private Banking and Executive Director in Interest Rate Derivatives, where Steve gained valuable expertise in management, structuring, and sales over a fifteen-year tenure. Steve holds an MBA in Finance and Accounting and a BBA in Finance from The University of Texas at Austin.
