David Clark

David Clark, CIA, MBA, currently serves as Manager of Audit Services at Texas Children's Health Plan since September 2022. Previously, David held the position of Manager Audit Services at Harris County Audit Services from November 2008 to June 2022, where responsibilities included leading various audit engagements and addressing complex accounting matters related to Texas statutory requirements. Prior experience includes being a Senior Associate at PricewaterhouseCoopers from August 2005 to October 2008, focusing on audit engagements in the oil and gas and private equity sectors. David holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Southeastern Louisiana University.
