Shannon Rogers

Shannon Rogers, MHA, PMP, CPHQ, is an accomplished Project Manager at Texas Children's Health Plan with extensive expertise in project governance, resource management, and quality improvement. Shannon has a diverse background, having previously held roles as a Project Manager and Quality Improvement Specialist at L.A. Care Health Plan, where projects were delivered in compliance with regulatory requirements and NCQA Standards. Shannon's experience also includes serving as a consultant for the Charlotte and Gwenyth Gray Foundation and various project-related roles at Pepperdine University and the University of Southern California. Shannon holds a Master's degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from the University of Southern California and possesses a strong foundation in healthcare administration, quality assurance, and stakeholder engagement.
