Crystal Weaver

Crystal Weaver is an accomplished professional with a comprehensive background in project management and pharmacy operations. Currently serving as an Assistant Project Manager and Project Coordinator at AVI-SPL since November 2022, Crystal specializes in overseeing AV systems integration projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards while managing project risks and providing progress reports. Concurrently, Crystal has held the position of Senior Certified Pharmacy Technician at Texas Children's Hospital since March 2017, where responsibilities include processing prescriptions and managing the distribution of pharmaceutical shipments. Crystal has solidified knowledge in project management methodologies through training in technology project management at Rice University Boot Camps, covering various aspects of the software development life cycle and hybrid project management. Crystal holds a Bachelor of Arts in Multi/Interdisciplinary Studies from Houston Christian University.
