Mayank Srivastava is a highly experienced cell and molecular biologist with a focus on pre-clinical formulation, currently serving as a Senior Scientist at Texas Children's Hospital since June 2011, where work involves liposome-based targeting of macrophages in neuroblastoma. Prior roles include a consultant position at Cense Biosciences, Inc., specializing in high throughput screening for insulin formulations, and a Research Associate position at Texas Children Cancer Center, investigating p53 regulated genes in neuroblastoma. Mayank's postdoctoral experience encompasses research on cell death mechanisms and radiation-induced mitochondrial damage at UT MD Anderson Cancer Center, and studies on Bcl-2 family proteins and cancer progression at Case Western Reserve University. Mayank holds a Ph.D. in Radiation Biology from Jawaharlal Nehru University and a B.Sc. in Botany from Banaras Hindu University.
