Cliff Defee

Cliff Defee currently serves as the Director of SCM Graduate Programs at Texas Christian University's Neeley School of Business since August 2019. Additionally, Cliff has been the EBSCO Associate Professor of Supply Chain Management at Auburn University since August 2007. Prior to academia, Cliff held the position of EVP/Chief Operating Officer at PFS Web, Inc., overseeing client support operations from January 1997 to September 2002. Cliff also worked as a Senior Manager at Andersen Consulting, LLP from January 1984 to January 1997, focusing on consulting and project management in the retail and distribution sectors. Cliff's educational background includes a Ph.D. in Logistics from the Haslam College of Business at the University of Tennessee and an MBA in Marketing Research and Statistics from Texas A&M University, where a BBA in Marketing was also earned.
