Dan Zhao

Dan Zhao is a seasoned academic in the field of economics, currently serving as a Lecturer at the University of North Texas since August 2017. In addition to this role, Dan Zhao holds positions as an Adjunct Faculty at Texas Christian University since December 2022 and as an Adjunct Lecturer at The University of Texas at Dallas since August 2021. Prior experience includes serving as an Adjunct Faculty Instructor at St. Edward's University for a brief period in 2021, and as an Assistant Professor of Economics at Austin College from August 2012 to August 2017. Dan Zhao's academic journey began with an Adjunct Assistant Professor of Economics role at the College of Saint Benedict and Saint John’s University from September 2009 to August 2012, followed by a Visiting Assistant Professor of Economics position at Central College from September 2008 to August 2009. Dan Zhao earned a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Economics from the University of Kentucky between 2002 and 2008.
