Dede Williams Vann

Dede Williams Vann, MBA, serves as the Director of Development for Family Philanthropy at Texas Christian University (TCU) since August 2006, focusing on building relationships with TCU parents to enhance philanthropic support for the university's mission. In addition to this role, Dede is a professor of the Introduction to University Life class, teaching first-year students about their academic transition, and has held various positions in leadership development within TCU, including Director of Student Organizations and Director of the TCU Leadership Center. Dede has managed programs such as the BNSF Next Generation Leadership Program and ACHIEVE Summer Business Institute. Prior experience includes coordinating marketing and events at The Gladney Center for Adoption. Dede holds an MBA in Marketing with International Emphasis from The University of Texas at Arlington and a BBA in Marketing from Texas Christian University.
