Robert Starkey

Robert Starkey is a Middle School Social Studies Teacher at Texas City ISD since June 2023. Prior to that, Robert worked as a Sixth Grade Social Studies Teacher at Galveston ISD and as a Lifeskills Instructor at Windham School District. With extensive experience in Social Studies teaching at both high school and middle school levels, Robert holds a Bachelor of Science in Geography from Sam Houston State University and a Master's in Educational Leadership from the University of Houston-Clear Lake.
