Crystal currently serves as a Senior Sourcing Manager for Labor & Services Contingent Staffing and Overflow Engineering. Crystal also holds the position of Ambassador at the Texas Conference for Women, where Crystal actively promotes and amplifies the influence of women in the workplace. Crystal previously worked as a Co-Op Engineer at DuPont and holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering.
