Crystal Joseph, MBA, CCWP has a strong background in strategic sourcing and management, with extensive experience in various roles at Dow Chemical. Crystal currently serves as a Senior Sourcing Manager for Labor & Services Contingent Staffing and Overflow Engineering. Crystal also holds the position of Ambassador at the Texas Conference for Women, where Crystal actively promotes and amplifies the influence of women in the workplace.
