Mette Green

Mette Green is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the restaurant and hospitality industry, currently serving as General Manager and Executive Chef at Texas de Brazil since October 2022. Prior roles include Restaurant Manager at The Cheesecake Factory and Bricktown Brewery, and Culinary Manager at Main Event. Mette's career also includes significant leadership positions, such as F&B Manager at Andy B's of Tulsa and Food and Beverage Manager at Golden Pony Casino. Mette began in the restaurant sector as Catering Manager at Andy B's of Tulsa and gained initial experience as Event planner and co-owner of Dreammakers of Tulsa. Mette's educational background includes a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Oklahoma and an Associate's degree in Culinary Arts and Operations from Auguste Escoffier School of Culinary Arts, along with a Bachelor's degree in Foreign Languages and Literatures from VCU Copenhagen and an Associate degree in Business Administration from Vejen Business School.
