Raphael Trajano

Raphael Trajano has a diverse professional background with extensive experience in management and engineering. Currently, serving as General Manager at Texas de Brazil since July 2018, Raphael has previously held multiple managerial roles, encompassing responsibilities such as event management and inventory control. Prior to this, experience at Rodizio Grill included various positions from meat server to manager, along with involvement in training new teams for additional locations. Raphael's engineering expertise is highlighted through roles at JAC PROJECTS LIMITED as a designer, and as a project manager at Extrativa Metalurgica, where responsibilities included project management and laboratory oversight. Educational qualifications include a Mechanical Technician degree and a Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering, both from Centro Federal de Educação Tecnológica de Minas Gerais.
