Craig Davis

Craig Davis is an experienced project manager currently serving at the Texas Department of Agriculture since June 2023. Prior to this role, Craig Davis retired from the State of Texas in June 2023 after a notable career in public service, including a position as project manager at the Texas General Land Office from April 2006 to August 2018. Craig Davis also held the title of Chief of Staff for State Representative Jim Pitts from February 2003 to April 2006, and worked in quality assurance for the Telecommunications Infrastructure Fund Board from 2000 to early 2003. Craig Davis began the professional journey as an administrator for the Texas Alternative Fuels Council from 1994 to 1998. The educational background includes a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of the Incarnate Word, attained between 1978 and 1982.
