Tammie Fulton

Tammie Fulton possesses extensive experience in contract management and compliance, currently serving as a Contract Specialist for the Texas Department of Rural Affairs and the Texas Department of Agriculture since February 2007. In this role, Tammie oversees program development for various TxCDBG Program funds, including community development and disaster response, and serves as the STEP Program Coordinator. Previous experience includes managing the Workers' Compensation Compliance Intake Team at the Texas Workers' Compensation Commission, where Tammie addressed non-compliance complaints, and conducting medical benefit compliance audits at the Texas Department of Workers' Compensation. Tammie began a career in education as a teacher, with early positions at Houston I.S.D. and Calhoun I.S.D., ultimately earning a Bachelor of Science in Education from the University of Houston.
