Natalie Reeves, LCPAA, LCCA, LPC-S, currently serves as the Director of CPI Operations at the Texas Department of Family and Protective Services, a position held since June 2021. Prior to this role, Natalie was the Director of Clinical Services at Cedar Crest Hospital & Residential Treatment Center from March 2015 to June 2021 and held the position of Texas State Director at The Bair Foundation from November 2011 to March 2015, where oversight of multiple locations was provided to ensure adherence to state regulations for child safety. Earlier in the career, Natalie worked as a Research Assistant at the Central Texas Veterans Research Foundation, where responsibilities included testing soldiers for eligibility in a PTSD research project under the guidance of two psychiatrists. Natalie holds a Master's degree in Counseling Psychology from Tarleton State University (2000-2004) and a Bachelor's degree in Child Development from Texas State University (1989-1994).
