Annette Quintero

Annette Quintero is the Vehicle Titles and Registration Division Director for the Texas Department of Motor Vehicles since November 2022. Prior to this role, Annette Quintero served in various capacities at the Texas Attorney General from March 2012 to November 2022, including Deputy Director of Strategic Engagement, Director of Communication, and Manager of Administrative Services within Field Operations. Annette Quintero began a career in public service as a Special Assistant to the IV-D Director and then as an Office Manager and Regional Analyst. Academic achievements include a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Administration and Management from Texas State University, obtained between 2010 and 2013.
