Donny Ruemke

Donny Ruemke has extensive experience in fleet management, currently serving as Fleet Operations Manager at the Texas Department of Motor Vehicles since December 2010, where responsibilities include overseeing fleet vehicles and acting as the department's liaison to the Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts. Previously, Donny held the role of Interim Director of Operations in the Finance and Operations Division, overseeing a diverse workforce and providing direction and development opportunities. Prior experience includes managing vehicle maintenance and repairs as Fleet Office Manager at the Texas Department of Transportation and supervising emergency equipment and communications at the Texas Department of Public Safety. Donny began the professional journey with roles such as Accident Records Clerk and Security Officer. Education includes a diploma from Taylor High School, graduating in 1994.
