Eva Gowen

Eva Gowen has extensive experience in customer service and policy planning, currently serving as a Title Policy and Procedure Planner at the Texas Department of Motor Vehicles since October 2014, where research on motor vehicle taxes and guidelines is conducted to assist the public and local dealerships. Previously, Eva held the role of Research Analyst at the Dallas County Tax Office from June 2011 to October 2014, and has also worked as a Kindergarten Teacher, Intern at a law firm, and Supervisor in different capacities. Eva holds a Master of Arts in Organizational Communication from Southern Methodist University and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and History from Dallas Baptist University.
