Kenneth Biddle

Kenneth Biddle, CPA, has extensive experience in financial management and analysis in both public and private sectors. Currently serving as a Budget Analyst at the Texas Department of Motor Vehicles since February 2014, Kenneth oversees approximately $53 million in state funds and developed reconciliation processes for legislative submission. Previously, Kenneth was a Program Specialist VI at the Texas Department of State Health Services, managing over $153 million in funds and administering contracts for tobacco and substance abuse services. Kenneth's career includes auditing experience at BKD, LLP, and logistical management in the US Navy, where responsibilities included oversight of substantial budgets and logistics support during multinational exercises. Kenneth holds an MBA from the University of Texas at Tyler and a BBA from Texas Tech University.
