Carolyn Defoore is a seasoned GIS Developer and Geospatial Data Architect at the Texas Department of Transportation since November 2018, specializing in database administration, complex data analysis, and data modeling for geospatial information using SQL Server, Oracle, and PostgreSQL DBMS. Prior experience includes roles as Senior Solutions Engineer at Geographic Information Services, Inc., and GIS Team Lead at Surveying And Mapping, LLC, where Carolyn provided technical expertise to various government entities for enterprise GIS implementations.
