Matt McCarty

Matt McCarty has extensive experience in the field of transportation technology, with a focus on Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS). Matt served in various roles at the Texas Department of Transportation, starting as an ITS Operations Team Lead and progressing to an ITS Analyst V in different divisions. Matt's work involved project management, research and procurement of new ITS products, testing devices to meet standards, and managing inventory. Matt also worked at Nokia Location & Commerce as an Operations Supervisor, where they focused on system training, documentation, office remodel, and audit report accuracy. Additionally, Matt has experience as a Mobile Disc Jockey and an Editor at Traffic.com, where they managed liaisons between various parties and contributed to innovative highway monitoring systems.

From 1999 to 2002, Matt McCarty attended L.D. Bell High School and obtained a Diploma.
