Victor M. is a seasoned transportation engineer with extensive experience in bridge inspection and structural engineering. Currently serving as the Bridge Inspection Coordinator for the Houston District at the Texas Department of Transportation since August 2017, Victor M. manages the bridge inspection program, addresses technical and policy inquiries, and analyzes and maintains inspection data. Prior to this role, Victor M. worked as a Senior Structural Engineer at EXCEL USA from September 2014 to 2016, where responsibilities included designing deep and shallow foundations, as well as steel structures for midstream clients in Texas, Louisiana, and New Mexico. Victor M. holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil Structural Engineering from the University of Houston, obtained between 1992 and 1998.
