Vipin Sumani

Vipin Sumani, P.E. is a seasoned project manager with extensive experience in roadway design and project management within the Texas Department of Transportation since July 2018. Responsibilities include managing consultants, budgets, and contracts for large-scale highway projects. Previously, Vipin held significant roles such as Engineer IV at MASS DEP and Senior Project Manager/Process Engineering Manager at HRP Associates, Inc., where Vipin initiated and led the Wastewater Group, achieving substantial revenue growth. Additional experience encompasses project management and engineering roles at Loureiro Engineering Associates, Inc. and AECOM, where Vipin specialized in feasibility studies, environmental engineering, and process design. Vipin holds a Master of Science in Environmental Engineering from Texas A&M University and a Bachelor of Engineering in Chemical Engineering from the University of Mumbai.
