Texas Disposal Systems
As Director of Operations – Residential Systems, Julio is responsible for directing, planning, and coordinating TDS’ residential collection systems throughout the state of Texas.
Julio has been a part of TDS for two decades, first starting as a residential driver in 1998. In his tenure, he has worked up the ranks as a lead driver, assistant residential manager, and systems manager before his promotion to director. Prior to working at TDS, Julio served as a route auditor and driver for Waste Management.
Julio is a graduate of East Texas Baptist University with a degree in Business Administration. Originally from Mount Pleasant, Julio has been married for 20 years and has two wonderful children.
